Terms of Sale
These terms apply to orders placed with Quality Wholesale Discounters, Rosedale, Maryland. The full terms, including returns and warranty, are issued with your invoice.
Prices
Prices shown on this website are retail prices in US dollars. Agencies, schools and government buyers are priced on contract; request a quote and we will price your order against your account. A quote is the price — it is fixed for the period stated on it and does not re-price when you accept it.
Delivery
Delivery starts at $119 and is charged once per delivery, whatever the size of the order. Assembly is included on items that need it. We deliver Tuesday through Saturday across Maryland and Washington DC. We do not deliver on Sundays or Mondays. If your address is outside the area we serve we will tell you before you pay, and you can ask us for a quote instead — we often can still help.
We confirm a delivery window with you before the truck is loaded, and you can follow the delivery from your account once the order is on a route.
Sales Tax
Sales tax is worked out for the jurisdiction the goods are delivered to, not the one you are billed in. If your organization holds a valid exemption with us for that jurisdiction, it is applied automatically; an exemption on file for one state does not carry over to another.
Payment
Card payments on this website are taken when the order is placed and captured when the goods are dispatched. Accounts on net terms are invoiced; orders on net terms are placed by quote, not by card.
