What We Collect
Your name, email address, phone number and the delivery and billing addresses you give us; what you put in a cart or a request for a quote; the notes and dates you attach to a delivery; and, where your organization buys tax-exempt, the exemption certificate you upload.
What We Do with It
We use it to price your order, deliver it, invoice it and answer your questions about it. Our drivers record when a delivery was made and take photographs at the door as proof of delivery; those records are kept with the order.
Who Else Sees It
Card payments are handled by our payment processor — we never see or store your full card number. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone except the people needed to fulfil and invoice your order.
Your Information
Call the office and we will tell you what we hold about your account, correct it, or remove what we are not required to keep for tax and accounting purposes.
